The Brookhaven Police Department in partnership with with Target as well as Sandy Springs and Dunwoody police officers host National Night Out 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 4 at Perimeter Mall.

This is a chance for “public safety agencies to come together to promote safer communities and strengthen relationships,” said Brookhaven Major Brandon Gurley.

For the first time, Brookhaven is partnering with its neighboring cities.

In addition to public safety personnel and displays from first responders, the event will also include hot dogs, drinks and kids’ activities. Brookhaven officers will also take part in related neighborhood events that evening.
