The Brookhaven Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.

The commission will consider a special land use permit to allow for a drive-through restaurant, as well as a request for rezoning to allow for development of a 4,227-square-foot restaurant at 2922 Clairmont Road.

The group will also address a rezoning ordinance request to develop 29 single family attached units located at 1271 and 1279 Dresden Drive, and 1264, 1268, 1272, 1276, and 1280 Peachtree View. Also on the agenda is an ordinance to readopt the Official Zoning Map and to Amend Chapter 27 of the city of Brookhaven code of ordinances.
