The Brookhaven Planning Commission will consider granting a special land use permit to allow the applicant to exceed a height restriction along Peachtree Road 7 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. A transit-oriented development is being considered along Peachtree Road, Apple Valley Road, Dresden Drive and Sylvan Circle.

The commission will also review a rezoning request for the same property location, to construct a mixed-use development with 547 residential units and 200,000 square feet of office space. The project will also have 24,340 square feet of restaurant space, 31,428 square feet of retail space and a 125-room hotel.
