Brookhaven Parks and Recreation recently closed Clack’s Corner Park, located at 1410 Cartecay Drive, for a construction project scheduled to last six weeks. The project is part of the city’s master plan for improvements to nine city parks in Brookhaven by February.

The City Council approved improvements for Clack’s Corner Park to include a monument sign with a seating area, a community lawn, a natural play area, new benches and brick pavers. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held early next year to mark completion of the project.
