Brookhaven citizens who want to report a pothole or a traffic light outage can now use a phone application to do so. Citysourced, launched by the Brookhaven city government, is a complete cloud solution and provides a customer portal to connect citizens with appropriate city staff to address public works and code compliance issues.

“We wanted to use smart tchnologies to improve efficiency, communicatons and engagement for our community,” said Community Development Director Ben Song. “A big bonus with this service is that we can now use it to push out emergency notifications to subscribers.”
