Brookhaven to consider mixed-use building on Dresden Drive

The Brookhaven City Council will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. The hearing will be for several rezoning requests, the first of which is for a mixed used commercial space of 20,000 square feet and 194 residential units on Dresden Drive and Caldwell Road.

The council will also consider making agreements with ten companies to perform public work projects and storm water repairs for the city when called upon over the next year. If approved, the agreements would be for repair work through Dec. 31, 2017.
