The Braselton Planning Commission will present a public hearing to discuss a proposed RaceTrac convenience store/gas station at 7 p.m. Oct. 23 followed by a public hearing before the Braselton mayor and City Council at 4 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court building, 5040 State Route 53.

The applicant, Gipco Southern, Inc., is requesting a conditional use permit to build a RaceTrac at the southwest corner of the Thompson Mill Road/State Route 211 intersection. The property is owned by Fountainhead Development.
