Braselton to light Christmas tree, show "Cars 2″

The Braselton Visitors Bureau Authority is inviting residents and visitors to watch animated comedy “Cars 2” in the town’s downtown area Saturday.

The movie will be preceded by the annual lighting of the Christmas tree at 5:30 p.m. at the Braselton Brothers Store. The event will feature singing, dancing and a number of prizes. “Cars 2” will be shown following the lighting.

Moviegoers are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to the film.
