The Braselton Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss rezoning for a downtown mixed-use development at 7 p.m. Oct. 23 followed by a public hearing before the Braselton Mayor and City Council at 4 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court building, 5040 State Route 53.

The concept plan for the Broadway Avenue project on about 13.785 acres includes a mixed-use development containing 103 residential units including condominiums and detached single-family homes and 17,825-square-feet of commercial building space. Land for the project is bordered by State Route 124, Henry Street and Piedmont Avenue.
