The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit for a boat and recreational vehicle storage facility at 7 p.m. March 23 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53.

North Georgia Parking LLC would like to develop 12 of about 17.6 acres on Chardonnay Trace, with the remaining 5 acres as green space. The plan would be a brick-façade building for premium covered outdoor board and recreational vehicle storage.

Following the planning commission meeting, Braselton’s mayor and town council will hold a public hearing on the same request at 4 p.m. April 9.
