The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. April 27 to consider a conditional use permit for a boat and recreational vehicle storage facility. Since statewide public health restrictions will likely still be in place, the meeting will be held via tele-conference. Information for how to access the meeting will be provided by Braselton via their web site at www.braselton.net.

North Georgia Parking LLC is proposing the development of 12 of about 17.6 acres on Chardonnay Trace, with the remaining 5 acres reserved as green space. The plan proposes 18 brick-façade buildings resulting in 617 spaces for covered outdoor boat and recreational vehicle storage.

The Braselton Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing on the same issue at 4 p.m. May 7.
