Braselton is accepting applications for the 2018 class of the Braselton Citizens Academy. The classes are held 6 to 8 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month from May to October. Additional optional days include special tours and law enforcement ride-alongs.

Classes cover all aspects of Braselton’s government structure and responsibilities. Members get a true behind the scenes look at how Braselton performs its daily tasks and special events.

Applications will be accepted through May 1. Class size is limited to 10 people and attendance requirements ae in place to complete graduation. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a Braselton citizen or licensed business owner or operator.
