Junior Destin of Atlanta, Isaiah Spencer of Conyers, Vincent Donehue of Riverdale and Alicia Waters of Villa Rica graduated from Hinds Community College in August.

In ceremonies held Aug. 2 at the University of North Georgia, graduating cadets were awarded commissions as second lieutenants: Andrew Christopher Benson of Woodstock, Christopher Bissett of Cumming and Jackson Christopher Howard of Jefferson.
