William Rodemsky of Kittredge Magnet School for High Achievers was named a Georgia Geography Bee semifinalist in the National Geographic Geography Bee competition and will compete in the state competition on April 1 at The Georgia College Arts & Sciences Auditorium in Milledgeville.

Grace Brown, Corrine Cochran, Indira Cunningham, Abby Henderson, Ariel Jones, Samantha Smith, Katy Warren and Morgan Watson of Woodward Academy were selected to have their artwork displayed in the Atlanta High School Art Exhibition for the 80th Annual Atlanta Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park.

Steven Lester of Cherokee County is named ‘Artist of the Month’ and is the featured artist at the National Art Museum of Sport in Indianapolis.

Antonius “Ton” Dieker of Atlanta is a recipient of the Presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers.

Christian Coleman of Atlanta was named SEC Men’s Indoor Runner of year and will compete at this weekend’s NCAA Indoor Championships in Alabama.
