Doraville police are investigating after a man’s body turned up off Buford Highway.

The man, whose identity hasn’t been released, was found just before 6 a.m. Tuesday in the 3900 block of Flowers Road, police told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He was found in a parking lot.

The spot is near the Buford Highway Farmers Market and a DeKalb County Schools facility.

The man had been shot twice in the abdomen, police said, declining to release further information at this stage in the ongoing investigation.
