A black bear roaming the Dunwoody area was spotted again Saturday morning.

Thomas Porter of Southern Land Advisors, snapped several photos of the black bear in the Mill Glen neighborhood on Mill Trace in Dunwoody at about 9:30 a.m.

Wildlife experts said last week that the bear, which has been in the area for two weeks, appeared to be heading north.

Prior to the Mill Glen sighting, it was last seen in the 4000 block of Ashford Dunwoody Road.

Dunwoody police said they contacted The Department of Natural Resources and their advice is to let the bear be.

DNR said because the bear is considered "free-roaming," trapping or capturing it is not an option.

They think after getting a tour of Dunwoody, the bear will eventually move on.

"I would not try to go to it or stop it or anything like that because it's dangerous obviously," a DNR officer said.

Experts warn that people should never approach a bear.
