Julie Teer has been named the senior vice president of resource development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
The move is effective August 1.
Teer will direct all of the Atlanta-based organization's corporate, foundation and individual fundraising and lead the team responsible for providing resource development services to local clubs.
Previously, Teer served as vice president of development for Susan G. Komen For The Cure. She also founded her own successful fundraising consultancy.
