Roswell's Barrington Hall continues its 2012 cooking class season with chef John Wilson, who teaches cooking techniques in European, International and American cuisines. Classes, from "Working with Puff Pastry" on May 15 to "Sauces" on Aug. 21, are $50 per person and include all materials and food. The classes -- nine in all --  run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
