A Best Bank inside a Kroger in Sandy Springs was robbed Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The incident, the second at a Best Bank in four days, occurred around 3 p.m. in the 4900 block of Roswell Road in north Fulton, Capt. Steve Rose said in an email.

A black male wearing a camo jacket, black pants and a reddish, curly wig robbed the bank and fled from the grocery store. He may have red dye on his clothing or skin because the dye pack with the money activated near the store, Rose said.

No other details were immediately available.

Contact the Sandy Springs police with any information on the case.

On Saturday in DeKalb County, the FBI said a Best Bank inside a Kroger in the 6000 block of Covington Highway in Lithonia was also robbed. The FBI said the man brandished a black handgun and got away with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was reported injured in the holdup.
