A new Facebook page created by the Fayette Chamber of Commerce provides a forum for local businesses to announce when and how they are reopening to the public.

The “Fayette Back to Business” page lets local merchants post notices and updates about business hours and services now that restrictions on some retail establishments have been lifted by Gov. Brian Kemp. Social distancing and other health precautions for these premises are noted as well. Information about local restaurants is on a separate page called “Feeding Fayette.” The chamber also has a page on its website called “Open for Business!” where member companies can post directly to the site to note their hours and availability.

The link is at the top of the homepage at www.fayettechamber.org, along with instructions on how to post. Links to other chamber resources for businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic are also on the main site.
