Hearings are planned for March 22 and April 4 in Austell on special land use permits for a tattoo shop, mulch chipping and storage and parking for trucks and trailers.
The Austell Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at 6 p.m. March 22 at the city’s Threadmill Complex, 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road in the first floor courtroom near the lobby.
Then the City Council hearings will be 7 p.m. April 4 at City Hall, 2716 Broad St., Austell.
The tattoo shop would be opened by H. Carlos Bickers at 2523 Veterans Memorial Highway.
Mulch chipping and storage are being requested by Christa and Jeramey’s World II LLC for 3150 Humphries Hill Road.
Eddie Pollard is requesting the parking of a limited number of trucks and trailers at 1953 Royal Industrial Blvd.
Daniel Mensah wants to park three tractor-trailers at 1947 Royal Industrial Blvd.
