The Austell Board of Variance and Appeals will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the first floor courtroom, Austell Threadmill Complex, 5000 Austell-Powder Springs Road to hear a request from Burke Family Enterprises Inc.
Company officials want to reduce rear setbacks for a building addition at 5825 Gore Place.
Anyone wishing to speak in opposition must sign up at least by Monday at the Community Development Department, Suite 101, Austell Threadmill Complex or call 770-944-4309.
This board’s decision is final, not needing review by the Austell City Council, the city’s Zoning Administrator Kathy Roberts said.
