Austell approves resurfacing of 3 streets
The Austell City Council will spend $56,456 to resurface three streets.
Cruse Paving Inc. was the lowest bidder.
The streets are Rosehill Street from Veterans Memorial Highway to Medlock Avenue, Walker Street - Phase 2 from Love Street to Spring Street and Washington Street Extension from Fessenden Avenue to the cul-de-sac.
A 20 percent contingency of $9,409 is included for the project, which is funded by the special purpose local option sales tax.
