Family members of three teens killed in a hit-and-run accident last month near Stockbridge packed a Clayton County courtroom Thursday expecting to see the woman charged in the deaths.

But Priscilla Dianne Johnson waived the probable cause hearing, meaning the case will proceed to trial. Johnson, 48, was not in court Thursday.

"She's very remorseful and very saddened by the whole incident," her attorney, Angela Dillon, said in an interview with Channel 2 Action News. "On her behalf I would like to express our condolences to the family of the victims."

Antonious "Tony" Bishop, Octavious Sorrells and Timothy Aaron were walking alongside Ga. 138 when, according to police, they were hit by Johnson, who was talking on her cell phone at the time. Bishop, 16, was pronounced dead on the scene while the other two victims, both 17, died after being transported to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Johnson, of Lithonia, faces a slew of charges, including three counts of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, hit and run and obstruction of an officer. Police said she was also taking anti depressants at the time of the accident.
