Wednesday was marked by clouds and some rain in metro Atlanta. That's history.

It is expected to be sunny and warm for the next three days, with the next chance of rain not moving in until Sunday, Channel 2 Action News chief meteorologist Glenn Burns said.

Highs should be in the mid to upper 70s Thursday and Friday, while it will warm up to the low 80s Saturday, he said. Lows will be in mid 50s.

There's a 30 percent chance of rain Sunday, with temperatures dipping a bit into the mid to upper 70s.
