Atlanta’s trash pickup delayed for MLK Day

Atlanta’s trash services will be delayed a day due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday next week, the city announced.
Residents who normally receive garbage, recycling and bulk pickup services on Monday will instead have their trash collected on Tuesday. The schedule will be delayed one day the remainder of the week.

The city’s normal trash pickup schedule will resume on Monday, Jan. 27.
