The Atlanta school board appointed new members to the ethics commission. Members serve five-year terms and include: Edith Richardson, Atlanta Council of PTAs; Stephen Paul Cummings II, Atlanta Bar Association; Fred Masci, Institute of Internal Auditors – Atlanta Chapter; Rebecca D. Pentz, Center for Ethics at Emory University; Joy Berry, Georgia School Boards Association; Sam Woodhouse, Gate City Bar Association. The commission investigates potential ethics and conflict of interest violations.
