The Atlanta school board approved changes to its policy on allowing public input before board meetings. The board will allocate 30 minutes for public comment before committee of the whole meetings, and one hour before monthly board meetings. Each quarter, the board will hold one community meeting in different regions to receive comment on district issues. Info: www.atlanta.k12.ga.us
