Atlanta's City Council voted Monday, Dec. 5 to authorize Mayor Kasim Reed to participate with the Buckhead Community Improvement District and Liveable Buckhead by providing up to $200,000 for design and planning work for the Georgia 400 Trail, a biking and walking trail from north Buckhead to the Atlanta Beltline.
