Atlanta Postmaster takes oath of office Friday

The postmaster for metro Atlanta will be installed in office 11:30 a.m. Friday at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave., SW.

As Postmaster of Atlanta, Omar R. Coleman oversees Postal Service operations for approximately 2,400 employees who work in 54 retail stations, branches and carrier units. Deliveries are made to more than 400,000 addresses. Coleman will be installed as the 37th Postmaster of Atlanta.
