Atlanta police: Triple shooting not random

Atlanta police believe that the three people shot at a southwest Atlanta home Friday night were targeted.

One person died after the violent home invasion on Rogers Avenue, Channel 2 Action News reported. The victims' names were not disclosed.

Investigators believe that the suspects came to the residence with specific targets in mind, Atlanta police spokesman Sgt. Curtis Davenport said in a statement.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is continuing. No other information on the case was released.
