Atlanta police are looking for the person responsible for shooting a BB gun at pedestrians and property from a Midtown condominium.

One man said he was standing outside the Windsor Over Peachtree condominium building in the 600 block of Peachtree Street N.E. on July 30 when someone from one of the apartments shot at his head, according to the police report.

Another man said he was hit the previous day. Both incidents took place around 2:15 a.m., the police report states.

The rear window of a parked car also has been hit, Channel 2 Action News reports.

Police believe the person is shooting from a balcony.

The investigation is continuing.
