Atlanta police investigating fatal shooting

Atlanta police are investigating a fatal shooting that took place Friday night on James P. Brawley Drive.

Police say witnesses heard a verbal altercation and then a gunshot before finding an “unresponsive male” on the walkway to the apartment building at 603 James P. Brawley Drive.

No arrests have been made, and police have not identified the victim.
