Update:

The Little Azio’s location on Northside Drive passed its re-inspection after failing a week earlier due to pest issues.

The pizza and pasta joint scored a 90/A during its Wednesday health check.

The inspector noted no pest problems, only food items at incorrect temperatures and a leaky sink.

Original (published July 11):

An Atlanta pizza and pasta place failed a recent health inspection, Fulton County records show.

Little Azio's Northside Drive location scored a 57/U following the Monday evaluation. Scores below 70 are considered failing.

Its prior score, from May, was a 78. The location also failed an inspection in September.

According to the report, there was a "sticky fly trap stored directly above” the food prep counter.

Officials also reported fruit flies throughout the kitchen area and food debris on dry storage shelves.

A woman who answered the phone Tuesday afternoon said a manager was not immediately available for comment.

Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.

Little Azio also has restaurants in Vinings and East Atlanta.
