Southwest and Northwest Atlanta Parents and Partners for Schools (SNAPPS) will postpone its October meeting until Nov. 7 due to Halloween. That meeting will be a meet and greet with new Atlanta Public Schools deputy superintendent Karen Waldon, as well as other new district administrators.
