The Atlanta Graffiti Task Force has received a $10,000 "Think Green Grant Award" from Keep America Beautiful, a nonprofit organization. The funds will be used by for graffiti prevention, enforcement and removal.

The Graffiti Task Force includes various departments of Atlanta city government, Atlanta Public Schools, the Georgia Department of Transportation and railroad company CSX. The  Georgia Department of Corrections also plans to launch a comprehensive graffiti abatement program focused on graffiti removal and public education.
