A 17-year-old who allegedly shot a man last month has been added to Atlanta's "most wanted" list.

Police have identified Tyrone Gates as a suspect in the Aug. 6 shooting on Martin Luther King Jr. Dr NW. The victim, who appeared to have been shot twice in the lower back, ran across the street to the Chick-fil-A that opened in Vine City earlier this year.

A pair of white Reeboks were found in the street in front of the Chick-fil-A, and the front window to Mr. Everything restaurant was damaged by one of the gun shots, a police report said.

The victim told police he got into a verbal argument with the suspect and punched him in the face before he was shot.
