Scott Munczenski is used to his classic car getting nervous looks from other drivers.
His 1986 Ford SSP Mustang is a fully restored Texas State Patrol car that took about two years to complete.
“Even thought they don’t use these any more, some people still slow down when they see me,” said Munczenski, a Dallas resident.
