Atlanta's City Council voted on March 5 to approve about $22,000 in claims against the city for automobile accidents and injuries from recessed manholes and uncovered water meter boxes. The eleven claims with favorable recommendations ranged from $674 for an automobile accident in June 2011 to $3,363 for another accident in November of that year.
