Two arrests have been made in the shooting death of a Lithonia mother of four.

Jameelah Qureshi, 40, was found shot outside her home in the 700 block of Kilkenny Circle just after 4 p.m. last Saturday, DeKalb police said.

The names of those arrested have not been released, according to DeKalb police spokeswoman Mekka Parish.

Qureshi was the girlfriend of a DeKalb police officer, but he has not been named a suspect in her death. The officer was apparently not home at the time of the shooting.
