Seven Atlanta Public Schools have earned 21st Community Center Learning Center grants. The schools, Woodson, Cook, Dunbar and Dobbs elementary, Bunche and Sylvan middle and Burgess-Peterson Academy, are eligible to receive up to $350,000 during 2011-12. The program provides federal funds to establish or expand community learning centers to provide after-school academic help to students and families.
