APS school board to hold special meeting

The Atlanta school board Monday will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. to discuss the contract of Superintendent Erroll Davis. The board is considering a two-year contract extension for Davis, the former University System of Georgia chancellor originally hired as an interim in July 2011.
