Alpharetta officials plan a workshop next week on the next phase of the City Center project.

City officials have been in talks with a potential developer about how roughly 4.5 acres of commercial outparcels could be utilized. That potential developer, Mid City Partners, will unveil and discuss its vision for the property at 6 p.m. Monday at Alpharetta City Hall, 2 Park Plaza. City officials seek input as they move toward a possible finalized deal.

Phase one of the multi-faceted project, financed by a voter-approved bond issue, included a recently-opened city hall, town green, five-acre park and 450-space parking deck.
