Alfred Real returns to school
Alfred Real, 8, returns to school after having numerous skin grafts from his body, as well as from cadavers. Over the summer Real was horsing around when the can of lighter fluid in his hand exploded. The flames burned 78 percent of his body.

Principal Penny Palmer-Young greets Alfred and his mother Angela Real as they both entered the school. This summer, Alfred was playing with a can of lighter fluid and it exploded. Almost 80 percent of his body was burned.
