Alcohol, commercial and residential buildings on Brookhaven agenda

Brookhaven will hold its regularly scheduled work session, council meeting and public hearing starting 5 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.

A public hearing starts at 7 p.m. regarding: a rezoning ordinance for Silver Properties LLC to develop a commercial building at 3779, 3787 and 3795 Buford Highway; a special land use permit to allow an alcohol outlet/convenience store at 3779 Buford Highway; and a rezoning ordinance for Betancourt Construction LLC, to develop 18 single-family attached units at 2972, 2978, 2984, 2990, and 2996 Hermance Drive.
