Aerotropolis CIDs expanding with new commercial property owners

Commercial property owners who are also leaders in their respective industries are the newest members to join the Aerotropolis Atlanta Community Improvement Districts.

The Aerotropolis CIDs recently secured commitments from Estes Services and Virtual Citadel Inc. as part of an expansion campaign to add new property owners. Estes Services provides HVAC service, sales, repair and installation as well as plumbing, electrical and home weatherization. Virtual Citadel provides data center services, cloud and fiber connectivity solutions in the southeast region.

The Aerotropolis CIDs include both the Airport West and Airport South CIDs, encompassing businesses in Fulton and Clayton counties.
