Lilburn will be conducting a general municipal election and a special election on 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5 at Lilburn City Hall, 340 Main St. The last day to register and be eligible to vote in this election will be Oct. 7. Advanced voting will take place 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 14 through Nov. 1 at the same location.

Voters in Lilburn will vote between John Patrick Abellera and Scott Batterton for city council Post 2. Mayor Johnny Crist and Council Member Lindsay Voight will be reelected without opposition. Voters will also decide on the Sunday Brunch Bill, a referendum to permit and regulate Sunday sales of alcoholic beverages by the drink from 11a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
