Multiple tenants are now open for business in a much-anticipated mixed-use facility from the developers behind Krog Street Market.

Paces Properties' 63,000-square-foot Larkin on Memorial is located at 519 Memorial Drive, across from Atlanta's Oakland Cemetery.

The first tenant to open at the Grant Park development, on Friday, was Squash Blossom Boutique. The women's clothing store also has a location in Decatur.

Grant Park Market, from the team behind Candler Park Market, also opened in recent days. And Ace Hardware opened this week as well, according to a spokeswoman.

Future tenants include Primrose Schools, My Salon Suite and Vibe Ride. Larkin will also have several more food options available in coming months, including Firepit Pizza Tavern, Full Commission, Taqueria del Sol, Ramen Station and Kale Me Crazy.

Information on anticipated opening dates for the future tenants was not available Wednesday.
