No abuse charges filed against Henry County Commissioner

No charges have been filed against a Henry County commissioner accused of domestic violence. The case against Bruce Holmes has been closed, according to Maj. Jason Bolton of the Henry County police. Holmes' wife recently went to the police saying her husband had hit her. "Everything was overly exaggerated and blown out of proportion," said Holmes' wife Electra. "He's done nothing. We had a disagreement in our home but there was absolutely no physical or domestic abuse. I was angry."
