The flexible shoulder lane of northbound Ga. 400 in the Sandy Springs-Dunwoody area will be closed during the daylight hours, Nov. 20-22, to remove trees and prepare for bridge construction, state highway officials said.

Georgia Department of Transportation crews, weather permitting, will close the northbound flex lane from the MARTA North Springs station to Spalding Drive from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Nov. 20 and 21, and from 7 a.m. to noon, Nov. 22.

The work is part of the “Transform 285/400” project to reconstruct the interchange of Ga. 400 and I-285 in the top-end Perimeter area of North Fulton and DeKalb counties.
